Sir, the 2024 tourism season has been a success for your company. How did BestBooking, despite being a relatively new company, manage to earn the trust of its customers so quickly?
It stems from the right strategy the company adopted from the very beginning. The tourism industry is vast, so we chose to focus on specific market niches, and this approach has proven to be correct as we’ve received a lot of positive feedback from both customers and partners. We excel in our core products and services to the point where customers compare them with those of major industry players and still choose us. This is the first impression they have when they see the tour programs offered by BestBooking.vn. In addition, all the people working at the company are carefully selected and thoroughly trained in their areas of expertise. They have a strong mindset and a high level of professionalism, which helps create a positive impression with customers through effective communication. Our sales system, focused on customer experience, is continuously improving to display the most accurate and comprehensive information, which has made a strong impression.
Looking at what the company has accomplished in such a short period, there is a clear and significant difference from other long-established tourism companies in Central Vietnam. What, then, is the reason for you to maintain your position and accept the risks of not following traditional approaches?
We genuinely focus on our customers, putting them at the center of everything we do, and we strive to meet their evolving needs. We sincerely offer value, and we believe that value will be returned to us. What others view as risks, we see as opportunities. A key strength of our company lies in our management and strict financial controls. Currently, there have been no identified risks that require risk management procedures.
The biggest difference, I believe, compared to other businesses, lies within the company itself. We have clear goals and execute them immediately. We have ideas and try them right away. Everything moves quickly within our company, and there is no delay, which is true to the nature of a travel technology company. Additionally, we embrace a culture of lifelong learning, constantly reassessing our mistakes, and we are never satisfied with our achievements.
Coming from Central Vietnam, where the weather is far from pleasant, what are the challenges faced by a young company like BestBooking?
Technology has solved the issue of extreme weather conditions, such as the rainy season and floods in Hue. By leveraging technology, we can sell tours to destinations with better weather, thereby maintaining consistent revenue. The only real challenge is human resources. To create something new, we had to start from scratch with the right people. Though it took a lot of time, we’ve proven our success, and we were right in our approach.

For a company to grow, investors are definitely essential. However, as an investor myself, I understand what needs to be done with my business before considering privatization in 2025. Currently, we are in the midst of an internal audit. I want investors to have access to a legitimate opportunity—one that is not only promising but also transparent. To put it simply, we are in the process of perfecting a money-printing machine, and once the first one is truly refined, we will work with investors to create even more money-printing machines.
