PCI DSS compliance is mandatory for all of our third-party payment provider, who is responsible for processing all payments on our behalf.

In the majority of cases, to make a payment via credit card for your tour / travel services, you will use the secure online booking engine on the relevant website or platform that you are using or you will call your booking agent directly. You may be required to provide us with your credit card information over the phone in certain circumstances. for example if BestBooking Vietnam Travel needs to provide you with a refund, your bank details may be collected and recorded by us for the purposes of providing the refund only.

When you are traveling with us on a tour, a photo or video may be captured as part of your experience by BestBooking Vietnam Travel leader, an employee of BestBooking Vietnam, one of our partners, or another passenger. Occasionally, we may engage professional photographers to take and obtain photos to use in our marketing materials.
