When using Reserve Now Pay Later, you will receive a confirmation email at the time of reservation; however, your ticket will not be available until full payment has been made. Upon final payment, you will receive an email with a link to your ticket.

Confirmation will be received within 24 hours of booking, subject to availability. At that time, you will receive either confirmation or notice that the tour is unavailable for your requested time/date/option via email.

If there are alternatives available, you may select an available date/time/option or cancel your reservation with a full refund. In these cases; be sure to respond as soon as possible with your preference as availability may be limited.

If there are no suitable alternatives, your reservation will automatically be canceled and refunded in full. Many of our most popular experiences have similar alternatives, so be sure to check back on the site to find the one that’s right for you!

Details regarding your purchase will be included in the confirmation email you receive once you’ve completed your reservation.

Credit card changes may be made through the Bookings tab at any time prior to the credit card being charged. Once payment for the activity has been charged, no changes to the credit card are permitted.

As a general rule, unless otherwise indicated, our policy is that all cancellations must be notified in writing, either by email or fax. Cancellations will be subject to the following charges:

• More than 45 days before the departure of the trip: No fees
• 29 to 45 days before arrival: 20% of the total value
• 15 to 28 days before arrival: 50% of the total value
• 8 to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total value
• 1 or 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total value

Please note that Bestbooking.com.vn Co. will study each cancellation case and discounted cancellation fees. Failure to show up at departure, without prior cancellation, will not entitle you to any refund unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
In the event that a client has to cancel their tour en route for reasons of force majeure, they will not be entitled to a refund of the proportional part of the amount paid/time not enjoyed.

“Private tours” will only include the guests in your reservation and the guide/driver. These tours offer the most personalized attention and several will allow you to help control the pace and locations visited during the tour.

“Small-group” tours provide a more intimate experience while retaining a lower cost. Your party will be traveling together with other guests in the same group, however, the total group size will typically remain within the 8-16 guest range.
