The fertile Mekong Delta is also famous for its tropical fruits and flowers. The Delta area marks the end of a 4,500km journey made by the Mekong River after having traveled through six countries. Traditional transportation in the Delta is by boat along a vast network of canals and channels. How it works
When using Reserve Now Pay Later, you will receive a confirmation email at the time of reservation; however, your ticket will not be available until full payment has been made. Upon final payment, you will receive an email with a link to your ticket.
The vast majority of experiences available on BestBooking Vietnam Travel offer immediate confirmation.
Confirmation will be received within 24 hours of booking, subject to availability. At that time, you will receive either confirmation or notice that the tour is unavailable for your requested time/date/option via email.
If there are alternatives available, you may select an available date/time/option or cancel your reservation with a full refund. In these cases; be sure to respond as soon as possible with your preference as availability may be limited.
If there are no suitable alternatives, your reservation will automatically be canceled and refunded in full. Many of our most popular experiences have similar alternatives, so be sure to check back on the site to find the one that’s right for you!
Details regarding your purchase will be included in the confirmation email you receive once you’ve completed your reservation.

All of the activities you see are offered “as is,” which means they can’t be customized. But don’t worry, we have tons of options (and some tours with multiple options!), and we’re sure you’ll find the perfect activity for your trip.
Most tours cannot be booked same-day, so it’s always best to book in advance to lock in your spot!
You can check availability at any time by selecting your desired date and number of guests and clicking on “Check Availability”. But we cannot guarantee its availability completely until you receive your booking confirmation email.
If you do not make full payment at least 48 hours prior to your selected travel date, your reservation will automatically be canceled and any tickets issued will be null and void.
Credit card changes may be made through the Bookings tab at any time prior to the credit card being charged. Once payment for the activity has been charged, no changes to the credit card are permitted.
Whether you book yourself online or contact one of our representatives for assistance; ALL payments are taken via our Secure Checkout, which is encrypted for transmission using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
When confirming a reservation via phone or chat, your BestBooking representative will email you a link to our Secure Checkout page. You will then be able to review your chosen experiences to make sure everything is correct and will have the option to make payment with a credit/debit card.

As a general rule, unless otherwise indicated, our policy is that all cancellations must be notified in writing, either by email or fax. Cancellations will be subject to the following charges:
Please note that Bestbooking.com.vn Co. will study each cancellation case and discounted cancellation fees. Failure to show up at departure, without prior cancellation, will not entitle you to any refund unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
In the event that a client has to cancel their tour en route for reasons of force majeure, they will not be entitled to a refund of the proportional part of the amount paid/time not enjoyed.
“Private tours” will only include the guests in your reservation and the guide/driver. These tours offer the most personalized attention and several will allow you to help control the pace and locations visited during the tour.
“Small-group” tours provide a more intimate experience while retaining a lower cost. Your party will be traveling together with other guests in the same group, however, the total group size will typically remain within the 8-16 guest range.
